The site gathers taxi operators from all UK and while a journey request comes to the system it is distributed to the operators working in the specified area. They receive all information they need to assess if they have any interest in accepting a taxi request: the date and time, journey destination, number of passengers. They can book it, send their price feedback or even quote for it if the passenger chose this option.
