But, combining taxi advertisement with other forms of advertising would increase the total advertising cost. Because of this reason larger companies, to maintain or increase the awareness of the customers towards their brands, generally use taxi advertising. It could be considered as an exception when retail outlets use taxi advertising. This is resorted to attract customers to nearby stores. The effectiveness of such advertisements increase when some special offer is mentioned in the advertisement.
