    Saw the wet taxi’s plenty of times live and they were awesome live,big wall of sound and high compression lead guitar.Saw em support the hitmen at Sydney cove tavern and they were on par with em an the hitmen were a top notch live act.

    You could be right about Clock …. god thinking back there are a few gaps …I must been having a great time!

    Good to hear the band is gone but the vibe lives on…

    The Knuckey Boys played my wedding as The Jelly in early ‘92 …awesome

    I don’t think so. As far as I recall the Wet Taxis only made 2 videos, this one & Sailors Dream, which was a different lineup. The Knuckey brother were gone & there were 2 guys from WA. I didn’t like that sound so much, it was more soul than garage. Don’t think I have that video.

    Did the Wet Taxis used to play Clock on the Wall? I have a feeling that one only started being played at Louis Tillett solo gigs.

    Brilliant – thanks Rortydog. Haven’t seen this since ‘83. I used to see these guys down at the Brittania in Cleveland St. Used to do a killer version of “Dum Dum Boys”

    Absolutely brilliant. Have not heard Wet Taxis since mid 80’s when I had the C’mon/Clock On The Wall single (which I lost) – wish like hell I could get both on CD (can anyone help there??????)
