just ask the hotel to call a cab for you.
    that always works.

In many cases, taxis no longer stop for persons hailing them because they figure that if they didn’t get a call to pick you up, then you don’t have the money to pay them. Most major restaurants and all good hotels have a favored taxi company they will call to serve your needs. Obtain the phone number of their associated company, and then avoid placing yourself in a position where you must stand and attempt to hail a taxi (unless you feel safe waving a fistful of money in the air to get the attention of a driver, haha).

The taxis are almost always occupied during rush hour. It is really annoying. Once I had to stand in the rain for like 30 minutes just waving my hand in the middle of big street.

My partner and i was in China past week.
In China virtually all of the sites are generally blocked.
You may not reach web sites such as Youtube as well as Facebook.
I extremely recommend utilizing some sort of VPN service to be able to unblock internet sites within China.
Google ‘mastervpn info’ their service operates superb within China.
